We usually answer the same day, and by the next morning at the latest. If it is urgent, calling is faster than waiting on a reply.
What to tell us
The vehicle, roughly where you are, and what is actually bothering you about it. That last part matters most: “the paint looks dull in sunlight” and “there is dog hair in everything” lead to completely different bookings, and knowing which one you have means the quote you get is the price you pay.
Photographs help enormously for coating and correction work. Take one in direct sun at a low angle and the swirls will show themselves.
How quickly we answer
Calls and texts during working hours get answered the same day. Email usually within a few hours, always by the next morning. Online booking is instant and shows live availability, so if you already know what you want, that is the fastest route by a wide margin.
Most bookings land in the same week. Coating work needs a longer block, so those tend to be scheduled a little further out.
Where we come to
Broomfield, Boulder County, and the Denver metro, out to 25 miles from base. Driveways, street parking, and office lots all work; we bring our own water and power, so the only requirement is a space beside the vehicle. Coating and correction bookings are worth the drive further out, so ask even if you sit outside the usual radius.
Vehicles we quote individually
Boats, RVs, motorcycles, and classics do not fit a standard price because they do not involve standard materials or standard hours. Send photographs and we will price the actual job rather than pretending one number covers a jet ski and a 1965 pickup.
