01
What does a full detail include?
Everything on the outside and everything on the inside. Exterior: foam pre-wash, hand wash, wheels and tires, glass, and a spray sealant. Interior: full vacuum, seats, carpets, hard surfaces, door jambs, and interior glass. It is the complete reset for a vehicle that gets used every day.
The Premium Full Detail, from $389, adds paint decontamination with a clay bar, a full carpet and seat shampoo, and a ceramic-infused sealant that holds months longer than a standard spray sealant.
02
How long does it take?
Plan on two to five hours depending on the size of the vehicle and its condition. A sedan in average shape sits at the low end; a large SUV that has been through a Colorado winter sits at the high end.
03
Do I need to be home?
No. We bring our own water and power, so once we can reach the vehicle you can be at work, inside on calls, or anywhere else. Most customers hand over a key or leave the car unlocked in the driveway and come back to it finished.
04
Full detail or Premium: which one?
If the paint feels rough under your hand after a wash, or the interior has stains a vacuum will not lift, book the Premium. The clay bar and shampoo exist for exactly those two problems. If the car just needs a thorough reset, the standard full detail is the right call.
One visit. The whole car. Nothing left for you to finish.
Questions, answered
Full Car Detail: common questions
Full Car Detail from Bluebird Detailing starts at $249 for a coupe or sedan and is carried out at your home or office anywhere in the Denver metro. The questions below are the ones customers ask most before booking it.
How much does a full detail cost?
A full detail starts at $249 for a coupe or sedan, and the premium version at $389. Midsize and large vehicles carry more surface area and cost more; you get the exact figure before we start rather than a surprise at the end.
What is the difference between the full detail and the premium full detail?
The premium, from $389, adds chemical and clay-bar decontamination before the wash and finishes with a ceramic-infused sealant rather than a standard one. In practice: the standard full detail cleans the car thoroughly, the premium also strips bonded contamination out of the paint and protects it for longer.
Should I book a full detail or just an interior and exterior?
The full detail is the interior and exterior done together in one visit, and it costs less than booking the two separately. Book them apart only when you genuinely need one and not the other: an exterior-only before a sale, say, on a car whose interior is already clean.
Is a full detail worth it before selling a car?
It is the highest-return money most people spend before a sale. A clean engine bay, corrected glass, and extracted carpets change what a buyer assumes about how the car was maintained, and that assumption is what moves the price.
